The Role

We are seeking a Senior to Enterprise level Account Executive capable of managing an end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying new business opportunities, qualifying and developing business and technical value, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. Deal cycles vary from 2-4 weeks for mid-market opportunities to 3-6 months for Enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales process from initial contact to demo, discovery, stakeholder navigation, and agreement signing.
  • Approach opportunities with curiosity and a desire to help clients succeed.
  • Develop a strong pipeline through inbound and targeted outbound activities.
  • Manage projects internally and externally to drive opportunities forward.
  • Qualify prospects to determine fit and value potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, tracking all activities and data.
  • Serve as the main point of contact from sales to customer success.
  • Represent client perspectives internally, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Participate in industry events to increase Northbeam's market presence.
  • Share success stories, best practices, and challenges with the team.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in mid-market or Enterprise sales, with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue and non-revenue goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and trust development skills.
  • Experience managing a high volume of deals efficiently.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to leverage data for insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Business savvy with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Experience with marketing technology or media buying is a plus.
  • Startup experience and adaptability to wearing multiple hats.
