Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Safety Programs to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide safety programs that protect associates, customers, and partners.

You will partner across Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement scalable risk controls, drive regulatory compliance with OSHA and SMS standards, and foster a culture of safety through training and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field with 3 years of related experience.
• 5 years of project management, compliance, or operations experience.
• 2 years experience managing budgets or financial processes.
• 3 years experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and improve enterprise safety programs and controls.
• Identify emerging risks and develop scalable risk-mitigation solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of safety strategies.
