Qualifications

• 3+ years in a safety management role within a large, self-performing construction environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Risk Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related safety regulations.
• Proven ability to design and manage enterprise-wide safety programs and communicate across all levels.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel/PowerPoint/Word and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and govern corporate-level safety policies and programs.
• Evaluate incident trends and audit data to identify systemic risks and priorities.
• Standardize best practices across districts for consistent implementation.
• Partner with leadership to align safety programs with operational goals.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and prepare actionable leadership summaries.
• Translate data into clear dashboards and reports for executives.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and written communications.
• Develop and deliver corporate safety training modules and campaigns.
