Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix is seeking a Safety Manager to lead regulatory compliance, define objectives, and drive safety improvements across facilities. You will conduct audits, lead incident investigations, collaborate with multiple teams, track program performance, and implement corrective actions.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, OSHA 511 certification, and strong data analysis skills.
The Safety Manager will identify the Safety, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements, set clearly defined objectives and targets, and track the success of results. They will enable their respective divisions to effectively identify and manage progress towards achieving these objectives and targets put in place to reduce or control significant identified issues.
