Job summary

Fontainebleau Development seeks an experienced Corporate Safety Director to serve as the enterprise-wide safety authority for all properties in the United States. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on implementing a comprehensive occupational health and safety program that ensures regulatory compliance and risk reduction across hotel, casino, and real estate operations.

The successful candidate will lead a collaborative safety team, partner with Legal, HR, Security, and Risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, or a closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive occupational health and safety leadership experience, with demonstrated advancement in scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs across Fontainebleau properties.
• Ensure OSHA and Gaming Commission safety compliance across all locations.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with Risk Management and Claims on workers’ compensation and loss-control strategies.
• Design and deliver safety training for all staff levels, including gaming-floor personnel and construction crews.

Education
