Job summary

Flow Service Partners seeks an experienced Corporate Safety Director to lead a unified safety program across its operating brands. This role reports to the COO and will shape safety strategy, policy, and culture from the field to the executive team.

The role oversees workers' compensation, training, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of safety standards company-wide, with a high-visibility, high-ownership expectation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive safety leadership experience with multi-site responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and federal/state safety regulations.
• Proven ability to build programs, standardize practices, and influence across decentralized operations.
• Willingness to travel to brand/field locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate safety program end-to-end across all brands, including strategy, policies, and objectives.
• Standardize a safety management system and harmonize practices across brands.
• Define KPIs and report performance, trends, and risk to leadership.
• Manage workers' compensation claims lifecycle and return-to-work programs.
• Develop and deliver safety training, communications, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
