Job summary

Figma is expanding its Customer Operations & Support team in Bangalore. As an Enterprise Support Specialist you will partner with the Enterprise Support Manager to define and elevate our enterprise support functions and work with global customers.

You will diagnose issues, guide large-scale configurations, collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering, and advocate for the customer while maintaining strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical SaaS support environment.
• Experience supporting Enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SAML/SSO and SCIM configurations.
• Familiarity with system administration for large end-user communities.
• Ability to assess business impact of technical issues to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours to support global customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and provide solutions for enterprise customers.
• Interact with customers daily via email and own cases from start to resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address complex configurations.
• Act as voice of the customer, capturing gaps and pushing for improvements.
• Escalate high-risk issues and coordinate communication to resolution.
• Identify trends and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
