Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, Arizona seeks an RPO Manager to build and scale a high-performing RPO delivery organization across the Americas. You will own end-to-end service delivery, workforce planning, performance management, and client outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams with Sales, Product, Technology and HR; design scalable delivery playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards; manage budgets, margins, and revenue per recruiter while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations or equivalent; MBA desirable.
• At least five years of progressive leadership in RPO, staffing, or talent services.
• Experience scaling operations and leading enterprise service delivery organizations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RPO service delivery, including workforce planning and SLAs.
• Design and scale RPO delivery models across geographies and industries.
• Drive operational P&L performance and budgeting with Finance.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for enterprise RPO clients and ensure renewals.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and HR to ensure feasible solutions.
• Oversee ATS, CRM, and analytics tools; drive process improvements.
• Lead large-scale trainings and enterprise stakeholder meetings; travel as needed.
