Job summary

Finom, a European fintech, seeks an Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead to build and operate a robust risk framework ensuring safe growth and regulatory readiness. You will translate complex risk data into clear senior‑level reporting and will start hands‑on, evolving into a leadership role as the function scales.

Applicants should have 6–10+ years in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services, a related degree, and strong communication with regulators.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in enterprise risk management, regulatory risk, or related field in regulated financial services/banking.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, appetite, scenario analysis, stress testing, ICAAP.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and interactions with supervisors and auditors.
• CFA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex risk and financial data into clear management and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk framework to support safe growth and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate across functions and governance bodies to ensure risk visibility and accountability.
