Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Risk & Governance Manager to scale its ERM framework and Third-Party Risk Management program. You will own policy infrastructure, drive audit readiness, and support governance for the board, including risk reporting and escalation workflows.

Remote-first role with exposure to financial services and fintech regulation. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration across risk, policy, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or managing an ERM framework, including risk registers and risk appetite statements.
• Proven ability to design and operate Third-Party Risk Management programs with due diligence.
• Experience maintaining enterprise-wide policy libraries in regulated environments.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory examinations and audit readiness requirements.
• Excellent written communication and documentation for board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework, including risk register, risk appetite statement, and reporting cadence for leadership and the board.
• Build and operate a Third Party Risk Management program covering all critical vendors and ongoing monitoring.
• Own and maintain the company’s complete policy framework with creation, review, and communication.
• Lead regulatory examination and institutional audit readiness, including documentation management and mock exams.
• Provide governance support to senior leadership and the board with risk reporting and escalation frameworks.
