Enterprise Risk Management Technology within Functions Technology supports global functions like ERM, ICRM, Retail Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and Model Risk. It covers areas such as Risk Identification, Measurement, Appetite and Limits, Analytics, New Activity Risk Management, Framework and Policy, and Governance.
Must possess relevant business expertise and technology knowledge to develop product strategy aligned with stakeholders. This senior management role involves managing teams, setting strategy, and overseeing budgets. The focus is on the Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL), a key component serving as a centralized repository for enterprise risk management data supporting near-real-time data acquisition for functions like KRI, Risk ID, and Risk Appetite.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of how technology interacts with various business processes throughout the development lifecycle. Success in this role requires competencies in design thinking, domain expertise, delivery, leadership, and collaboration. The candidate should influence technology and business decisions to enhance risk and controls environments.
