Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking an Enterprise Risk Associate to monitor KRIs/KPIs, track enterprise and operational risks, and partner with business units to document and manage risks and remediation plans. The role supports governance through data analysis, reporting, and enhancements to the risk framework.

The position includes participation in board and management reporting and coordination across risk disciplines, with a focus on informed, risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Services or Brokerage Industry.
• 2-5 years of experience in Risk Management within Financial Services or Brokerage.
• College degree preferably in accounting, economics or finance, or equivalent experience.
• FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 24 are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor KRIs/KPIs, including automation for senior management decisions.
• Monitor tolerance breaches and action plans.
• Ensure responsible follow-up on breached KRIs.
• Collaborate across risk and lines of business to document risks, controls, and issues.
• Communicate with business units to ensure data integrity for risk reporting.
• Drive enhancements to enterprise risk management processes and governance.
