Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston seeks a Director of Professional Revenue Integrity to lead the professional services revenue integrity program, shape strategy, and ensure accurate, compliant charging across the physician enterprise.

You will oversee charge capture, pricing, and reimbursement processes, partner with senior leadership, and drive data analytics and performance improvements to optimize revenue and support safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Ten years of Physician/Professional Billing experience with at least five years in a management position in a large health system.
• Extensive knowledge of Epic EMR system, specifically EPIC Resolute Billing, with a large health system.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of professional services revenue integrity processes to meet best practice benchmarks.
• Partner with senior leadership and MHMG to establish industry-leading revenue integrity practices.
• Drive process improvements in charge capture, reconciliation, pricing, and reimbursement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on policies, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulations, and internal controls.
