Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of retention marketing experience including segmentation and personalization across multiple channels.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Proven success executing data-driven retention and engagement strategies with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.

Responsibilities

• Execute overarching retention marketing strategy for enterprise clients across advisor and home office audiences.
• Create and optimize targeted retention strategies to engage and preserve strategic relationships.
• Lead high-profile enterprise initiatives and collaborate with senior managers on complex efforts.
• Develop advisor communication strategies to foster engagement and retention across enterprise audiences.
