Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate to help develop the best in class experience for Enterprise merchants. You will identify and resolve operational issues across the merchant lifecycle, including post-sale changes, onboarding merchants, setting up marketing promotions, and managing workflows in Salesforce queues and cases.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams to gather feedback and create scalable,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a project management or operations role.
• Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and operational management skills.
• Strong excel and data analysis skills.
• Customer-centric - able to work with people with varying degrees of technical ability.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced, demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational issues throughout the merchant lifecycle.
• Onboard merchants and set up marketing promotions.
• Manage workflows in Salesforce queues and cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams.
• Document and train internal teams on new processes and refine these on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure data integrity and process compliance.
