Job summary

K9 Recruitment in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Administrator/Business Systems Analyst to support ERP operations and collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will administer the Epicor Kinetic system, develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards and reports, troubleshoot issues, create SQL queries, and assist with implementations, upgrades and scheduling to improve production planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP systems.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling and BOM/routing data.
• Ability to develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reports and customization.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Epicor Kinetic ERP system across multi‑function areas.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reports and customization.
• Troubleshoot Epicor issues and provide user support.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and reporting solutions.
• Support SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and other SQL Server technologies.
• Automate report generation, scheduled tasks, exports and file management.
• Maintain BI dashboards and operational datasets.
• Participate in Epicor implementations, upgrades, testing and feature deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify ERP optimization opportunities.
• Generate and maintain production schedules using Epicor Kinetic planning.
• Analyze demand forecasts, MRP, BOMs, routings and capacity.
• Run MRP and capacity planning to align schedules with demand.
• Manage planning data like lead times and inventory settings.
• Work with Sales/Engineering/Supply Chain to communicate constraints.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for on-time delivery.
