Job summary

Washington Frank International is seeking an experienced Epicor Business Analyst/Developer to support and enhance their Epicor Kinetic ERP environment, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and customize Epicor using Application Studio, BPMs, dashboards, and reports.

The role requires strong SQL/SSRS skills, BAQ design, and the ability to train users while supporting upgrades and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting and developing within Epicor ERP/Kinetic.
• Strong understanding of Epicor customization tools, including Application Studio and BPMs.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, SSRS, and report development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
