Job summary

Xpedeon, a cloud-based Construction ERP platform, seeks a Senior Construction ERP Consultant to drive U.S. market entry, solution design and customer-facing implementations.

You will translate U.S. workflows into product requirements, lead discovery and presales, support U.S. customers through deployment and success, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• U.S. Construction ERP Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert across construction accounting, job costing, project controls, procurement and contract management.
• Solution Consulting & Presales: Lead discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses and solution design for prospective customers.
• Product Localization: Translate U.S. construction workflows and customer requirements into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
• Implementation & Customer Success: Support implementation, configuration, UAT, training and go-live for early U.S. customers.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with contractors, CFOs, Controllers, Project Controls and Operations leaders to design solutions.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to identify functionality gaps and influence the U.S. roadmap.

Senior Construction ERP Consultant - U.S.

The Senior Construction ERP Consultant will combine strong U.S. construction industry knowledge with ERP consulting, solution design and customer-facing expertise. This role will be instrumental in supporting U.S. market entry, product localization, presales and early customer implementations.
