Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming, Las Vegas, is seeking an ERP PDM Associate to maintain product data across ERP systems and drive bug resolution and ECO lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and excellent cross-functional communication. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure timely delivery and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
• Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.
• Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
• Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
• Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
• Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
