Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an Enterprise Resiliency leader to partner with C-suite teams on strategic resiliency projects. You will manage a team delivering continuity, technology and third-party resiliency plans, and coordinate incident response with cross-functional partners.

You will drive exercises, validate readiness, and close gaps while ensuring adherence to enterprise policies and regulatory obligations across Jersey City, NJ and client locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Incident Management.
• 2+ years of people management across multiple performance cycles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with CBCP and PMP certifications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with analytics and reporting using relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic resiliency projects with C-suite partners to improve posture.
• Lead and manage a resiliency team including training and quality reviews.
• Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and close gaps.

The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.About The RoleThe Enterprise Resiliency organization of Corebridge Financial is responsible for preparing our businesses for disruptions to our personnel, technology, facilities, and third-party partners. Our team collaborates with Corebridge business units and corporate functions, as well as security and technology partners to plan, respond and recover from disruptions with the goal of restoring business operations while reducing business impact.ResponsibilitiesWork with C Suite Leaders and their teams to deliver strategic projects to improve and manage our resiliency postureManage a team (training and development, quality review, etc.) to deliver resiliency strategies and plan documents related to our business continuity, technology and third party resiliency, and incident management disciplinesFacilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans to confirm readiness, identify gaps, and document proposed solutionsWork with partners across the company to ensure compliance with Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and fulfillment of our regulatory and compliance obligationsParticipate in audits and regulatory reviews as requiredSkills and Qualifications7+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management2+ years of people management experience encompassing multiple performance review cycleBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification such as CBCP and PMPExperience leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teamsWorking knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting. Experience using business continuity and incident management tools (e.g., Archer and Everbridge)Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS technical environments support critical business processesStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to facilitate events during an incident (e.g., lead Incident Management Team)Available for occasional work during off hours and willing to travel out of town as necessaryCompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $180,000 at the commencement of employment for the Jersey City, NJ area. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
