Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Enterprise Resiliency Analyst to support governance and administration of Business Continuity, Event Response, and Disaster Recovery programs. The Enterprise Resiliency Analyst supports the governance and administration of Ameriprise's Business Continuity, Event Response, and Disaster Recovery programs. This role partners with business leaders, technology teams, risk management, compliance and audit functions to help ensure resiliency requirements are implemented, documented, monitored, and continuously improved.
The analyst supports business continuity planning, regulatory and audit activities, policy and standards governance, resilience reporting, and enterprise resiliency exercises. This position plays a key role in strengthening the firm's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions while maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations.

The estimated base salary for this role is $76,300 - $104,900/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
