Job summary

GM Financial in the United States seeks an Enterprise Resilience Analyst to strengthen our resilience program. You will help organize information, enable risk decisions, and address threats to ensure resilience across operations.

You will work with policy governance, technology and business continuity teams, and third-party resilience to implement robust, scalable controls and reporting. Hybrid work is supported; position posted until filled.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Business Process, Technology and Third-Party resilience concepts.
Experience in incident management frameworks and best practices.
Understanding of budgeting, planning, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities

Develop and update Enterprise Resilience policies, standards and procedures.
Audit remediation items and track findings to completion.
Collaborate with business partners to manage resilience needs.
Define resilience requirements to protect the company from threats.
Report policy discrepancies and change requests.
Promote Enterprise Resilience across the organization and monitor adherence.
Communicate with departments and serve as liaison for resilience concerns.
Represent the resilience team on projects and translate requirements into programs.
