Ingenovis Health seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive enterprise FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses. You will partner with Finance leadership and operations to deliver accurate, actionable insights in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes Workday Adaptive Planning, consolidated forecasting, and executive-ready materials for the CFO and sponsors. Strong modeling, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop financial models for long-range planning and scenarios.
• Prepare executive reporting materials for CFO and senior leaders.
• Support merger, acquisition, and strategic finance activities as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy.
