Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
Conduct market-driven interviews and generate leads through proactive recruitment.
Analyze labor market data and hiring trends to guide sourcing and compensation recommendations.
Manage daily recruitment plan and full-cycle recruiting from screening to placement.
Screen, interview, assess, and select qualified candidates meeting client specs.
Follow Talent Rules of Engagement and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and communities to enhance Staffmark Group's image.
