Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions seeks a Technical Program Analyst to coordinate with the Agency Records Officer, IT, acquisition, data governance, privacy, security, and system owners to create an enterprise review of electronic information systems for records management compliance across the system and records lifecycle.

The role requires reviewing systems, documenting metadata, retention, and disposition, and supporting audits and remediation activities with a focus on DoD/NARA guidance and cloud or SaaS

Responsibilities

• Provide a repeatable process for reviewing systems for records management compliance across the full lifecycle.
• Review systems including enterprise and low-code tools, cloud services, repositories, and local solutions.
• Map schedules, retention controls, metadata, holds, migration planning, and end-of-life disposition.
• Follow DoD 8180.01, NARA ERA requirements, and other authorities in reviews.
• Maintain an inventory of systems, services, and platforms subject to review.
• Review migrations, major changes, cloud moves, and restructures to preserve records and metadata.
• Coordinate with ARO, IT, governance, privacy, security, and owners to gather evidence.
• Provide findings, remediation actions, and status to the ARO for review.
• Track remediation items through closure and escalate significant issues.
• Ensure records are uploaded, stored, or created externally as applicable.
