• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Five+ years of project management/strategy/operational leadership experience, with banking exposure.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to produce polished executive memos and board materials.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to build financial models and interpret data.
• Working knowledge of bank platforms and core systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and growth initiatives across banking verticals with campaigns, onboarding, and metrics.
• Drive efficiency initiatives across deposits, loans, operations, and customer contact centers; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, integration planning, and post-close work plans across systems and staff.
• Maintain enterprise project portfolio; define scope, sequencing, dependencies, budgets, and status updates.
• Deliver concise executive reporting, dashboards, and board materials; hold owners accountable to timelines.
• Travel approximately 10% across Texas and Florida markets to support implementation and market understanding.
