• Enable data-driven portfolio optimization.
• Oversees the department's entire IT project portfolio, including high-impact initiatives.
• Prioritize, approve, and recommend funding allocations across the portfolio.
• Develop and enforce enterprise-wide governance policies and standards.
• Provide executive advisory support to the CIO on strategic investment decisions and risk management.
