Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks a results-driven Project Manager - Enterprise to oversee large-scale initiatives. You will craft and govern project plans, budgets, and timelines while aligning with PMI, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

The role requires communication with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget. This is a hybrid/remote position with eligibility limited to listed states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and PMI framework concepts.
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Visio and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, communications, resources, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to PMO standards and SDLC.
• Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and manage risks and issues.
