Job summary

Novus International, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment.

You will drive project delivery from initiation to closure, manage budgets and resources, and ensure governance and compliance with Novus systems and policies. The role requires 12+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 12+ years of project management experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Experience with project portfolio management and governance processes.
  • Strong business acumen in defining and implementing operational systems and procedures.
  • Ability to evaluate existing business processes and propose simplification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to set direction and keep the organization focused on objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead enterprise-wide projects and programs from initiation through closure; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and functional teams; provide regular status reporting and executive communications.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues; develop contingency plans and monitor health.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Manage project budgets; coordinate resource allocation; ensure efficient utilization; support business case development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in project and program management; mentor project managers and team members; drive PMO maturity.
  • Oversee compliance and adherence to Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and related policies.

General Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Delivery
    Lead enterprise-wide projects and programs from initiation through closure.
