Requires 10+ years of program leadership, strong budget and risk management, and experience guiding multiple Project Managers in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program management at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record delivering $20M+ programs with multiple projects.
• Experience guiding Project Managers within a larger program.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise programs with interdependent workstreams.
• Provide direction to multiple Project Managers responsible for workstreams within the broader program.
• Manage program budgets of $20M+ including resources, scope, timelines and delivery.
• Lead Salesforce/CRM transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Establish program strategy, objectives, roadmaps, governance, milestones and success measures.
• Manage cross-program risks, dependencies, issues and drive decisions.
• Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Provide executive-level program reporting and alignment across all workstreams.
• Lead programs using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
