Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced professionals to drive enterprise productivity, cost transformation, and performance improvement across industries. You will design AI-enabled strategies, partner with clients to identify drivers of performance, and develop actionable roadmaps for large-scale transformation programs.

You will lead teams, shape opportunities, and influence senior executives across Financial Services, Retail, Technology, and Life Sciences while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, value creation, or operational improvement roles.
• Experience with Fortune 500 organizations, leading enterprises, or large-scale transformations.
• Experience identifying and delivering measurable productivity improvements and enterprise value creation outcomes.
• Experience bringing an informed industry perspective across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, Technology, Life Sciences, and Health.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and AI to design and deliver productivity improvements.
• Partner with clients to identify drivers of performance and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Advise on AI-enabled productivity strategies and transformation programs.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and manage client engagements from opportunity shaping to delivery.
