Job summary

State Affairs, the nation’s leading policy intelligence platform focused on state governments, seeks a Product Manager, Enterprise, to join our team in Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA. You’ll design the operating system for large-scale government affairs teams and drive how complex organizations consume information and collaborate across hierarchies.

You will own interoperability with Fortune 500 software stacks and define ROI-driven features, balancing stakeholder needs and enabling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
5+ years of professional work experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS or Enterprise software.
Prior Agile/Scrum experience, shipping software iteratively with engineering and design.
Experience balancing needs of different user personas within a single client account.
Experience conducting user interviews and validation with high-value clients.
Ability to map out complex workflows and identify bottlenecks in large organizations.
Ability to define success metrics (KPIs), analyze engagement data, and defend prioritization decisions.
Knowledge of building extensible solutions and APIs rather than one-off features.
