Job summary

Speak is seeking a Product Lead for Speak for Business in San Francisco to own the enterprise product system and drive growth across launch, admin, learner activation, reporting, and renewal.

You will lead a small PM team, align cross-functional partners, and set the product direction to scale enterprise adoption and customer value. This is a hands-on role shaping strategy and execution in a fast-growing AI-powered language platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on product experience with management responsibility.
• Strong B2B, enterprise SaaS, admin/reporting or proof of value experience.
• Evidence of building product systems from messy customer demand.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to lead company-level outcomes from an Enterprise scope.
• High agency with hands-on people leadership (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise product strategy and roadmap for Speak for Business.
• Lead L&D manager, buyer, admin, and reporting workflows.
• Design launch, run, prove, and expand loops for enterprise customers.
• Build product surfaces that reduce manual CS/GTM work and show client value.
• Drive customer discovery across stakeholders including sales, CS, design, data and eng.
• Turn recurring requests into reusable enterprise primitives (access, cohorts, reporting, assessments, nudges, expansion).
• Define the product scorecard for enterprise readiness (activation, progress, renewal).
• Hire, coach, and manage a team of PMs; set goals and grow careers.
• Own prioritization and resourcing across pods within the Enterprise pillar.
