Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, quality, operations, or product development, including 3+ years in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise processes as an individual contributor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and consensus rather than authority.
• Experience applying project management methodologies in a regulated environment.
• Confident, results-driven communicator able to engage effectively at senior levels.
