Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a senior leader to mature and scale its enterprise Business Process Improvement capability across the organisation. You will establish frameworks, governance and measurement to identify, prioritise and deliver process improvements that drive efficiency, quality and performance.

You will lead current-state and target-state design, develop a small specialist team, partner with stakeholders across business units, technology and finance, and act as a trusted adviser driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading significant business process improvement, operational excellence or process transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building or scaling a business process improvement capability, framework or operating model.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, BPM).
• Evidence of analysing complex processes, identifying root causes and leading redesign or optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature CFA Institute’s enterprise Business Process Improvement capability with a scalable approach.
• Establish and evolve frameworks, governance and tools to identify, assess and prioritise improvement opportunities.
• Lead current-state analysis and target-state design to pinpoint breakdowns and better possibilities.
• Deliver and oversee initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and performance.
• Define metrics and KPIs to demonstrate impact.
• Lead and develop a team of process improvement professionals.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units, technology, finance and programme management.
• Act as a trusted adviser, helping teams address process challenges rather than prescribing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, data and technology to improve processes.
• Build broad understanding of process improvement across the organisation.
