Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in management consulting or operational excellence leadership roles.
• Direct experience in manufacturing, food/agriculture, or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong process modeling and documentation discipline.
• Led cross-functional process or operating model redesign efforts.
• Experience applying change management in large-scale transformations.
• Designed and implemented practical process standards and governance.
• People leader with travel ~50%.
• Builder and operator with real business operating standards.
• Translates strategy into actionable routines and ownership.
• Drives implementation, not just design.
• Demonstrates practical judgment in asset-intensive environments.
• Credible with operators and executives; structured and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end process architecture across core functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Commercial).
• Map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Design future-state processes within today’s constraints.
• Develop aspirational designs for long-term improvements.
• Partner with PMO to establish roles, ownership, and RACIs.
• Embed ownership of standards within functional leadership.
• Build process documentation standards (SOPs, playbooks, templates).
• Own the company’s process repository and knowledge system.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with leaders and SMEs.
• Translate strategy into practical execution and drive adoption.
• Define business process requirements for ERP/BI and system configuration.
• Collaborate with Digital/IT to ensure supporting technology.
