Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead our pricing organization and drive best-in-class pricing processes. You will serves as a strategic advisor to senior commercial, finance, and operations leaders, owning enterprise pricing and contracting for key customer segments.

You will engage with executives to optimize margins, monitor pricing KPIs, and mentor pricing analysts. This role requires advanced analytics, ERP proficiency, and strong communication across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required
• 4+ years of relevant pricing/analytical experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; strong MS Office skills
• Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience; SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior-level customers, distributors, and GPOs to support strategic negotiations.
• Define and monitor KPIs measuring pricing effectiveness, deal quality, margin realization, and value creation.
• Oversee end-to-end pricing and contracting lifecycle with efficient, compliant execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pricing analysts for accountability and growth.
• Advise senior leadership on pricing and contracting decisions across functions.
• Own enterprise pricing and contracting for GPOs, IDNs, and select customers.
• Set performance expectations and development plans for team members.
• Provide training to field and pricing teams to maximize price and sales potential.
