Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a seasoned Project Manager within the Enterprise PMO to lead cross-functional programs up to $10MM. This role develops and executes PMO projects, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery while managing budgets and risks.

You will collaborate with business owners, define budgets, monitor financials, and report milestones. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of program management experience, PMP knowledge, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading teams and/or projects, with program management focus.
• Experience in project governance and execution.
• Familiarity with PMP ideologies; PMP preferred.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Assemble cross-functional teams and develop detailed project plans.
• Define budget and resources; monitor financials against budget.
• Manage dependencies and adjust plans; drive progress.
• Identify risks; develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress reporting and governance updates.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
