Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise PMO in Irving, TX. This role leads cross-functional projects, aligning objectives, schedules, and budgets to meet financial goals.

You will partner with business owners to define budgets and resources, drive governance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of project leadership, PMP familiarity (preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience leading teams or projects.
• Familiarity with project governance and PMP ideologies; PMP preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor financials and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Identify risks and mitigations; escalate when needed.
• Lead meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes.
