Job summary

Mitsubishi Power seeks a Director of Enterprise PMO to lead and continuously improve the enterprise PMO across Power Generation and its Business Units. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Continuous Improvement, this role directs a team of PM professionals responsible for governance, reporting, and capability development while delivering measurable business value.

The Director partners with executive sponsors, Business Units, Digital and IT, and external partners to define business cases,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years leading PMO or transformation programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise PMO capability across Power Generation and its Business Units.
• Define governance, reporting, and capability development for PMO.
• Manage large, cross-functional transformation initiatives from definition to realization.
• Coach project managers and partners with executive sponsors and external partners.
