AMSURG is seeking a Director of the PMO to lead the enterprise Project and Program Management function, establishing scalable governance and delivery excellence across the organization. The PMO Director ensures initiatives are properly initiated, governed, resourced, executed, tracked, and closed with accountability to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Proven PMO design/operationalization experience

• Provide end‑to‑end accountability for projects and programs from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery health with executive visibility.
