Job summary
Omada Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions to drive discovery and shape strategic customer partnerships with payers, PBMs and providers. You’ll operate between product squads and commercial teams, advocating for high-impact problems and supporting the Senior Director in special projects.
You will partner with our commercial org to expand collaborations, explore provider partnerships, and mentor PMs while delivering human-centered solutions that scale with Omada’s
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 10+ years in market/product strategy, mgmt, software, or ops.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Able to envision new enrollment and engagement strategies.
- Experience with data-driven discovery and cross-functional influence.
- Healthcare partnerships and payer/BPM domain experience a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact partnership opportunities with PBMs/insurers.
- Shape product support for opportunities requiring integrations.
- Collaborate with commercial teams and product squads.
- Mentor other PMs and establish best practices.
- Track progress against corporate and team objectives.
