Job summary

TADA is seeking a product manager to own the TADA platform, translating customer needs into clear requirements and guiding engineering toward scalable enterprise solutions. You will work daily with Engineering and Solutions, balancing roadmap priorities with real-world feedback, and grow into ownership of an enterprise platform.

This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and clear communication with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product management or a closely related software role.
• Experience writing requirements, backlog management, and shipping software.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear specs, workflows, and wireframes.
• Experience handling customer-reported issues with support or solutions teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, cloud apps, APIs, and system integrations.
• Comfort using metrics and usage analytics to defend decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to present to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shape the platform vision and roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs.
• Turn business requirements, customer feedback, and technical opportunities into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Write product design documents and work with Engineering to maintain a consistent user experience.
• Run backlog refinement and sprint prioritization within agile cycles.
• Own intake, triage, and routing of customer escalations and quality feedback.
• Coordinate release plans and produce internal and customer-facing release notes.
