About TADA
TADA brings together data from across a company's ecosystem, gives end-to-end visibility, and turns it into actionable insights. Our applications and tools support collaboration and orchestration across supply chain, procurement, production, and logistics, for customers ranging from small manufacturers to Fortune 50 companies in discrete manufacturing, CPG, retail, healthcare, and equipment distribution.

The Role
You’ll own product direction for the TADA platform: deciding what we build, why, and in what order. You’ll work every day with Engineering and Solutions to turn customer needs into clear requirements, and you’ll be the main link between what customers report and what the platform delivers. This role suits a product manager who is comfortable with technical details and wants to grow into ownership of an enterprise platform.
What You’ll Do
Roadmap and requirements (~40%)
- Help shape the platform vision and roadmap, keeping platform capabilities in line with business goals and customer needs.
- Turn business requirements, customer feedback, and technical opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Write product design documents, including workflows and wireframes, and work with Engineering to keep the user experience consistent across the platform.
- Run backlog refinement and sprint prioritization within our agile cycles.
Customer escalations and quality (~25%)
- Own intake, triage, and routing of customer escalations and quality feedback so each issue reaches the right engineering team.
- Weigh customer urgency against roadmap priorities and be clear with stakeholders about the trade-offs.
- Close the loop: confirm with the customer that the fix solves their problem once Engineering has verified it in a deployed environment.
Release communication (~20%)
- Coordinate release plans across business, customer-facing, and technical teams.
- Produce internal and customer-facing release notes for each development cycle and keep Help Center content accurate for the features that ship.
Measurement and opportunity (~15%)
- Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usage, and customer outcomes, and report them to leadership.
- Find opportunities to use AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven features to deliver more value to customers.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
- You run the escalation and release-notes processes end to end, and customers and internal teams rely on them.
- You’ve taken at least one platform initiative from design documents to shipped features and can show its adoption with data.
- Engineering and Solutions see you as the person who sets priorities clearly and explains why.
Your Experience
Required
- 3-5 years in product management, technical product management, or a closely related role at a software company.
- A track record of writing requirements, managing a backlog, and shipping software in an agile team.
- Ability to turn complex business needs into clear specifications, workflows, and wireframes.
- Experience handling customer-reported issues alongside support or solutions teams.
- Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS, cloud applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Comfort working directly with data: using metrics and usage analytics to make and defend decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to both internal and customer leadership.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms, workflow builders, or app-building tools.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics.
- Familiarity with LLM integrations, AI-enabled features, or intelligent automation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
You’ll work with teams across a cloud-hosted, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform. You don’t need to write code, but familiarity with the following will help:
- Platform and cloud: Azure, AWS, multi-tenant architecture
- Development: APIs, microservices, system integrations, full-stack applications
- Practices: Agile, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, release management
