As an Enterprise Platform Engineer - Persistent Chat (NC/GA/FL), you will be an integral part of the enterprise support team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing secure, reliable chat and messaging platforms. • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise chat/messaging platforms within a highly regulated banking environment.
• Collaborate with Security, Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Vendors to oversee product lifecycle, updates, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and develop training sessions to support operational transitions.
• Conduct advanced testing of products and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation.
• Participate in requirements reviews, technical feasibility assessments, and deployment planning for new services.
