Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Centers of Excellence within Enterprise Solutions. The role oversees day-to-day administration, governance, and health of 13 enterprise platforms, translating business needs into platform configurations and enforcing governance across the software lifecycle.

The position is based at our HQ in San Diego, CA (remote not available). Requires 3+ years in a related role, 1+ year Agile, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years as a business systems analyst, platform administrator, or IT operations role.
• 1+ year in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SDLC disciplines for platform changes; manage intake triage, UAT coordination, and production releases via ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, governance policies, and configuration docs; update after every production change.
• Conduct platform health reviews; report on performance, license usage, storage, and drift.
• Onboard Builder/Publisher users in Citizen Developer program; enforce governance before production promotion.
• Triage automation failures and incidents; perform root cause analysis and document resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Translate process requirements into automation designs; escalate complex builds to senior engineers.
• Monitor workflow queues, logs, and dashboards; respond to alerts within SLAs.
