Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead a unified enterprise planning rhythm. You will connect long-range and annual planning with in‑year execution, coordinating with Corp FP&A to align investments and resources.

You will guide cross‑functional discussions, develop executive materials, and ensure one coordinated process across functions and product lines. This role requires strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, planning, or strategic finance in a SaaS company.
Experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles and coordinating inputs across functions.
Experience connecting long-range planning, annual planning, and in-year performance management in tech/SaaS.
Ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decision points.
Translate enterprise priorities into planning frameworks and analytical requirements.
Analyze functional and product plans, identify inter-dependencies, surface gaps and risks.
Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations for senior leaders.
Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, document outcomes, and drive deliverables.
Improve planning processes, tools, and measures based on stakeholder feedback.
