Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise scheduling governance and master scheduling standards.
• Direct MIS integration (Monarch Go Live) into scheduling and logistics workflows.
• Partner with the Marceline Scheduling Supervisor to balance tactical stability while driving strategic orchestration of yearbook planning and delivery.
• Lead product-to-plant mapping, enterprise intake, cross plant scheduling logic, and enterprise continuous improvement.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and service-level impacts.
• Integrate scheduling governance with logistics to unify order-to-ship customer promises.
• Develop platform planning automation and enterprise decisions tools.
• Partner with MIS/ERP stakeholders to ensure optimization logic aligns with future technology upgrades and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional executive reviews to support planning and optimization performance, forecast accuracy, and tradeoff decisions to strategic business goals.
• Develop capital plan, performance standards, and KPIs for enterprise planning and optimization.

You will drive optimization initiatives such as product-to-plant mapping, scheduling governance, logistics alignment, and MIS/ERP integration while preparing for future automation.

Essential Functions:

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• Office and plant floor environments; travel to plants as needed.


• Capable of working in stressful conditions balancing competing priorities across enterprise manufacturing sites
