Job summary

Walsworth seeks a senior Manager - Enterprise Planning & Optimization to lead enterprise-level planning, balancing workloads, and driving cost-effective operations across multiple departments. You will champion product-to-plant mapping, scheduling governance, logistics alignment, and MIS/ERP integration while preparing for future automation.

You will oversee master scheduling standards, develop dashboards for capacity and bottlenecks, and partner with MIS/ERP stakeholders to ensure optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in operations, planning, or scheduling with enterprise-level responsibility.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in scheduling, logistics, and enterprise optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/MIS planning systems, and analytics dashboards.
• Skilled in scenario modeling, forecasting, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise scheduling governance and master scheduling standards.
• Direct MIS integration into scheduling and logistics workflows.
• Partner with travel to plants and ensure tactical stability while driving strategic yearbook planning and delivery.
• Lead product-to-plant mapping, enterprise intake, cross-plant scheduling logic, and continuous improvement.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and service-level impacts.
• Integrate scheduling governance with logistics to unify order-to-ship promises.
• Develop platform planning automation and enterprise decision tools.
• Collaborate with MIS/ERP stakeholders to align optimization with future upgrades.
• Facilitate cross-functional executive reviews to support planning and optimization performance.
