Job summary

Walsworth seeks a Manager – Enterprise Planning & Optimization to lead enterprise-level planning, scheduling governance, and MIS/ERP integration. You will drive product-to-plant mapping, cross-plant scheduling logic, and automation initiatives across departments to improve delivery reliability and cost efficiency.

You will develop executive dashboards, support forecast accuracy, and guide strategic decision-making with strong leadership and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in operations, planning, or scheduling with enterprise-level responsibility.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in scheduling, logistics, and enterprise optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/MIS planning systems, and analytics dashboards.
• Skilled in scenario modeling, forecasting, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise scheduling governance and master scheduling standards.
• Direct MIS integration (Monarch Go Live) into scheduling and logistics workflows.
• Partner with the Marceline Scheduling Supervisor for tactical stability and strategic orchestration.
• Lead product-to-plant mapping, enterprise intake, cross-plant scheduling logic, and CI.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and service-level impacts.
• Integrate scheduling governance with logistics to unify order-to-ship customer promises.
• Develop platform planning automation and enterprise decision tools.
• Partner with MIS/ERP stakeholders to align optimization with upgrades and automation.
• Facilitate cross-functional executive reviews to support planning, forecast accuracy, and tradeoff decisions.
